Executive Coaching

. . . Accelerating Your Success and Positive Impact

How Does Executive Coaching Work?

Executive Coaching provides a confidential relationship for discussing growth areas, new competencies or challenges that may not be easily discussed or developed within your organization.

Through respectful inquiry, careful design and follow-up, I will partner with you to achieve your business and leadership goals. The executive coaching engagement takes place in the context of the complex cultural and political environments that you daily operate within at work. The results you achieve come from taking new actions and from experimenting with new behaviors. We will work together on what matters, what is more effective, develop a heightened awareness to get more satisfaction from work, and achieve greater success.

The steps in building our executive coaching relationship include:

Complimentary Coaching Conversation
Explore the coaching process, your goals and hopes and decide if coaching is a good fit.

Comprehensive Assessment
You will have an opportunity to gain insight into your strengths, competencies, preferences, and developmental opportunities through a variety of workplace assessments. Often we employ 360 degree feedback and conduct structured confidential interviews with the executive's peers, boss and subordinates.
 Coaching Process
Using data from the professional assessments and 360 degree feedback interviews, we will collaboratively develop a personalized coaching program to achieve your professional and the organization's objectives.

1:1 Coaching
We meet regularly, one-on-one, retaining the theme of the executive coaching program, while working within the day-to-day challenges that the executive and the organization face.
Some executives may choose to be observed in the moment, during their busy days, and be given confidential and objective feedback about their impact.

Executive Contact and Check-in
During the coaching process, we will reconnect with the executive's manager or coaching sponsor to determine the coaching impact and strategies for continued effectiveness.
Performance Evaluation and Agenda-Setting for the Future
Together we evaluate the impact of the coaching process and map out a plan for sustained individual and organizational effectiveness and success.

An Executive Coaching Engagement consists of twelve (12) 60-minute in-person sessions, ideally completed within a three to four month period.
There are a number of options for scheduling a Professional Coaching focused on Executive and Leadership Coaching. Executive and Leadership Coaching rates are often paid directly by the company (invoice), and are reserved for the highest C-level or Director-level upper management.
